Elan has been a keen observer his whole life.

Working in the trades over the last 10 years, Elan has experience in most aspects of the home-building and maintenance process. His attention to detail (sometimes an annoyance!) and high standard of quality mean that he doesn’t leave a project until it’s perfect. Home inspecting came quite naturally.

Elan studied at the American Home Inspectors Training Institute with some of the best home inspectors in the country. He is part of a national network of inspectors with whom he consults for their professional opinions and expertise.
